About the project

Dynamic bailiff’s office led by Philip Scheir, based in Ghent. The website offers two free legal tools: a debt claim tool to compile claims based on unpaid invoices, with automatic calculation of interest and lump-sum compensation, and a lump-sum compensation calculator for consumer debts under the Act of 4 May 2023. The site also explains legal terminology and provides information about summonses. All tools are freely available without registration.
